    Use and Care:
  • Burn within sight, Always trim wick to 1/4 in before lighting candle
  • Keep candle on a level surface away from drafts
  • Allow the wax to pool to the edge of the glass before extinguishing the flame
  • Avoid dropping debris, such as wick trimmings, into the wax
  • Extinguish the candle when your wax level reaches 1/4 inch

    Shipping Policy

    Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. We ship Monday-Friday. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following week. Shipping times vary from 3-8 business days. We ship our packages via United State Postal Service Ground Advantage or Priority Shipping. For larger packages, we ship via UPS or USPS. Once the packages is dropped off at the Post Office or picked up by UPS, it is no longer in our possession, and the order or shipping address cannot be changed.

    Any lost or damaged packages require a claim through the United States Postal Service or UPS. If you think your package has been stolen, please file a police report with your local police department. We can assist you with claims if needed. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged in transit packages.

    Return Policy

    Items may be return within 14 days for money back. After 14 days, but within 21 days, a gift card will be issued. Any purchase outside of the 21 day window is not eligible for return or exchange due to high inventory turnover. Any item purchased on the clearance tab or at a reduced price is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All jewelry, candles, Kitsch products, and Bridgewater products are final sale. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. We will not accept returns that smell of perfume/smoke or any other foul smell. We will not accept returns that have any sort of stains or markings including makeup or deodorant marks. We love our furry friends as much as you do, but the returned items MUST be completely free of any pet hair as well. All tags must be attached, not just in the packaging. We also ask you to use the original packaging when mailing the items back if possible. If tags are not attached the item, or it is not in its exact original condition, it will not be accepted for refund or exchange and will be shipped back to you via Return-to-Sender.

    Any damaged or missing product claims must be issued within 3 days of the delivery date. Please email with any issues as well as picture to support the claim.

    Gift cards are not eligible for refund of any sort.

    If you are mailing an item back, please contact us at informing us. A USPS return label will be issued to you. All you have to do is print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive the item, the cost of shipping back to us will be withheld from the refunded amount. Funds should appear back to your account within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund amount as well. 

    In store returns must have the receipt or gift receipt, or the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
